I don't think i get this one. Dave was playing a ball game on his CONSOLE, then he gets fined for it, but why? Nevertheless, cool comic. ;) (Also, how many laws and rules Dave has violated?🤔)

I have too many questions.

And second: Why the *beeping* Hell did Nick chose North Korea?!
And yes, Dave is gonna be real disappointed-a-reno when he finds that ending up in jail-a-reno wasn't even part of the tour-a-who.
